A four-person crew installs roughly 800 to 1,200 square feet of wall or window vinyl per shift depending on surface and access. Most single-room activations are done in one overnight. Large activations are scheduled across two to three nights before doors open.

Yes. Overnight is our normal window for retail, hotels and convention centers. We coordinate the after-hours access, the lift and the badge with the venue's event manager.

Yes when the show's EAC rules allow it. Both buildings require badged, insured contractors, and we handle the badges and the COI. Tell us the show name and we'll confirm the fastest legal way in, either as your appointed contractor or through the official GSC.

Show-approved contractors. Venues in Florida don't approve installers directly. Access comes through the show organizer as an exhibitor appointed contractor, through the general service contractor as a subcontractor, or through show management for facility branding. We handle all three routes.

It depends on the building. Palm Beach County Convention Center allows wall, window and floor clings with a sample tested 60 days ahead. Orange County Convention Center and Broward County Convention Center prohibit adhesives on building surfaces unless the event manager approves a sponsorship placement. Tampa Convention Center routes facility branding through Encore, which sells the location but does not install clings. We spec static cling or low-tack film and get the approval in writing before we roll.

Booth installation and dismantle at Miami Beach Convention Center and Tampa Convention Center falls under union jurisdiction. We work as a specialty graphics EAC or through the GSC so your install is compliant. Orlando is more open and non-union EACs are standard.

For the manufacturer's film warranty, the installer needs to be certified. Our crew is trained on 3M and Avery Dennison films and we are completing the manufacturer certifications now. Ask and we will tell you exactly where we stand before you book.

Yes. Each surface needs a different film and adhesive. Tell us the surface and we'll tell your printer what to print on so it sticks for the event and comes off clean afterward.

We install. If you don't have a printer we work with large-format print partners in Miami and Orlando and manage the whole thing under one quote.

Installation is quoted per square foot by surface, plus travel outside Miami-Dade and Broward, plus lift rental where the venue doesn't provide one. Rush and overnight carry a surcharge. Send the square footage and venue through the form and you'll have a number within the hour during business hours.

Yes, a half-day crew minimum. Small jobs are welcome; it just means it's worth bundling a few pieces into one visit.
